As a fundraising Team Leader, you will motivate, empower and develop a team of experienced and professional face-to-face fundraisers, working at various locations each day, speaking to members of the public and inspiring them to become a supporter of an incredible charity, to assist with the continued ongoing care for people facing a cancer diagnosis in Australia. The Role of a Team Leader: You do not need to have had team leading experience to be considered for this role, but, as a fundraising team leader, you should come with a minimum of 6 months face-to-face fundraising experience and a strong understanding of setting up a fundraisers day, along with demonstrated high donor retention with a quality focus. To be considered for this role, you should be:

• Available full-time from Monday - Friday from 9am until 5pm
• An experienced fundraiser with a minimum of 6 months fundraising experience

Phone Fundraising - Full-Time Sydney

With a rapidly growing call centre team based in the heart of Sydney, you will represent some of Australia's most loved charitable organisations. Conducting both warm and cold calls, you will inform registered members of the public about campaign updates and information about various charity partners. You will be responsible for calling past, present and future donors to raise awareness and much needed funds for some of the most urgent issues facing our world. You will receive call centre training and be supported by a management team with over 20 years experience. Experience is not required for this position, but a positive attitude, excellent spoken English and a willingness to learn is. As an integral part of the donor journey, your work will be reward regularly, you will receive incentives, bonuses and team nights alongside your starting annual salary of $55,000pa + Super.
